Enhancing sex by touching yourself.
This DVD is very informative in several aspects. The commentary in the beginning discusses some of the myths about masturbation and why it has been seen as dirty or naughty. Secondly, two sex educators talk about the benefits of masturbation: for fun, it’s safe, and healthy. Also, several people demonstrate masturbation and talk about the benefits of solo masturbation. Also, mutual masturbation is demonstrated and discussed by the couples involved as they share how it has enhanced their relationship, trust, and sex lives. These couples also share how they have become more comfortable with their own bodies and can communicate to their partners what they like and do not like. Watching their partner masturbating is a big turn on for them and they can see how their partners touch themselves, which gives them more information than just being told what they like. We are starting to work on mutual masturbation. She is still struggling with the thought that if I am present then why should she masturbate. We need to watch again to help show her what the couples say about that. I never thought that masturbation could be so important in our sex lives, but this video showed us how it can be used as a fun tool to enhance our sex lives.

Boldly Go Where We’ve Never Gone Before!
The ‘Better Sex Lovers Guide to Self-Pleasuring’ DVD does a surprisingly excellent job of explaining the history of the benefits and myths and taboos surrounding masturbation. The First Lady and I frequently enjoy manual stimulation of each other’s genitals; however, including the perineum and the anus was a new concept for us, as was masturbating for each other in a voyeuristic manner. Techniques such as stroking the clitoris while stimulating the anus and including prostate massage, and perineum play along with penis stimulation are demonstrated clearly and provocatively. We will probably now explore these techniques. This DVD is a powerful combination of anatomical information, helpful commentary by medical professionals, comments and advice from the couples illustrating the techniques, and tasteful, yet erotic, demonstrations by individuals and couples, all in the excellent quality we have come to expect from Sinclair. The adult toys used in the demonstrations are all tastefully noted so that you know what it’s called if you decide you want one. Usually we don’t care for that kind of blatant advertising, but here, we almost consider it a requirement.

Effective material for creative couples
This film is of high quality and interesting material. If you are not familiar with masturbation and/or the use of sex toys, this product may be useful in aiding you in self-pleasuring. It features pleasuring themselves, with a partner, using toys, and the couples featured in the film offering their advice and experience. The DVD edition also features behind the scenes material.
