Throat Numbing
I got my girlfriend a can of these because she was having problems deep throating me. She said they numbed the back of her throat a bit. But I could definitely tell she could deep throat better. She also gave me oral for a lot longer than usual. I could feel a little bit of a numbing on my penis but not much. I lasted a little longer than usual but not much. She finished the mint before beginning oral sex since I don’t want or need any numbing effect to last longer. We tried these exclusively for the throat numbing effect. I could tell that when she went down on me she gagged far less than usual. It didn’t take the gag reflex completely away, but I could tell that she stayed further down on me for a longer period of time. AMAZING!!
These mints are fantastic!! They taste great and do the job of numbing the throat... so that they can "GO DEEP". You can use them two ways- one suck on it and then give oral or start sucking on the mint and then do oral...but this will make him numb as well. =| My husband loves them!! Great product!!

Good idea, just not for me
These mints taste alright, but take a long time to dissolve. They did not produce as much tingling as I thought they would. My husband said they did provide some numbing sensation for him, though not much numbing for me. There weren’t really any directions on the tin, so I wasn’t sure if I should finish the mint before starting oral. The one thing I do not like about the mints is they are so strong that every time we use them they upset my stomach and give me heart burn. I think they are a good idea, and they might work great for some couples, but they just aren’t for us.

Nose job ...
I used this in conjunction with the Happy Penis Massage Cream. My boyfriend didn't feel any tingling sensations but it did numb my throat and allow for him to go so deep his cum came out of my nose when he exploded ... I'm not kidding! We're not sure if the use of both products together lessened the effects of the tingle so we're looking forward to trying them again separately.
