Fifty Shades of Grey is a great read! While it lacks in literary merit, the story is excellent for beach reading! College senior Ana Steele happens into covering an interview with hunky, rich business owner Christian Grey for her roommate who has fallen ill. Little does Ana know how deep the rabbit hole goes when she stumbles into in Mr. Grey's office. As long as you're not expecting a literary masterpiece, you won't be disappointed in this hot erotica. The sex is frequent and hot!

I am giving this book 4 stars because I love the sex, the storyline, and Christian Grey. Overall, it is highly entertaining. But be WARNED for all of my book lovers out there this is not a great literary read, it is more a dirty little secret. If you have read Anne Rice and you are expecting writing on that level then this is not where you need to look. This book began as fan fiction, please keep that in mind and I think you will really enjoy it.

Fifty Shades of Grey (Book I) by E L James of the Fifty ShadesTrilogy is truly without a doubt a real page turn. I enjoyed Fifty Shades of Grey immensely; I could not wait to jump right into Fifty Shades Darker (Book II), after finishing. Fifty Shades of Grey has all the element of a terrific ‘romancerotica’ tale of fiction. The writing style may be very different then most people are accustom to. However, for me I detected a style that reminded me of several noteworthy classic romantic novels except with all the sexually erotic overtones and BDSM. Fifty Shades of Grey is sexually hot and stimulating, in fact quiet sizzling hot. I didn’t find the writing to be exceptionally poor as some have eluded at. It is just a different writing skill format. There was only one item I thought the author could have used a different word to describe a body part, but I chalked that up to censorship in editing. I found it to be an easy read, sexually erotic and intriguing storyline. Character development is very good and the twists and turns of this romance erotic novel are formative. What woman wouldn’t want to be ‘Anastasia’ and have a ‘Christian Grey’ of their very own. Fifty Shades of Grey is hot !Read the Trilogy in order and don’t skip ahead when you are reading. I give Fifty shades of Grey five out five hearts. Adult content recommended for mature readers. Ms Diva
