The Penthouse City Rome Finger vibe comes in interesting and discrete packaging. The letter is fun to read, once. Instead of pulling a plastic strip to activate the batteries, I used a steak knife (no long nails!) to gently pry out the batteries, and removed the paper underneath. The adjustable finger grip is nice, especially for larger fingers. This plastic vibe is smooth to the touch and ultra modern in its metallic silver color. There is no noticeable odor and it’s very easy to clean with soap and warm water, or antibacterial toy cleaner. A tiny sliding on/off switch on the side operates at medium power. The noise level reminded me of loud bees...which I found distracting. The vibrations are not as intense as I usually like with a smaller vibe. I needed to work with this longer...Having said this, I found this one to be especially good for lots of indirect stimulation (and a great fantasy) to reach orgasm. And I did, several times...

Similar to the above review, before using this finger sized vibrator (slightly smaller in length than the average finger), you must take out the batteries and remove the paper battery saver. No fear, don’t need to replace the paper between usage, the on-off switch doesn’t actuate accidentally. Can be turned on by a finger-nail or finger easily. Also as the above reviewer mentioned, the vibration isn’t as strong as I usually like it for clitoral stimulation and with only one speed no build-up. However I did find using it on my breast was pleasurable. Even was able to stimulate my partner. Despite the tempting ribbing at the base of the vibrator, I wouldn’t suggest using the opposite side (no nub) as the battery tab can get caught on your vaginal hair even for short hair-cuts. As described on the box directions, I suggest using a little lubricant. Though the product is made of a smooth plastic, no sharp edges, a little lube will make it more comfortable. With the one speed you may have to use it longer to come to climax.
