Don’t expect your run-of-the-mill plot in AVN’s Best Adult Movie of the Year from Better Sex. Do expect a realistic look and lots of gritty, raw sex scenes. It all begins with the molten-hot Taylor Hayes and two small-time XXX filmmakers. When they get the big call from L.A., the Oklahoma trio hits the road, each of them flirting with visions of grandeur. Her manager/boyfriend, meanwhile, tries to talk contract while Mr. hotshot director clearly has some curious ulterior motive. Later in this adult movie, back at the high-priced hotel, Taylor and her beau get in a tiff. He’s sure he’s being cut out and thinks he may be losing her-- all of which gets his dander up among other things. As the story unfolds, the plentiful sex heats up the screen in this sex adult movie.

Lots of Realistic, Gritty, Raw, Graphic Sex
The First Lady is not your average female because, when it comes to adult films, she doesn’t care about the plot and finds it only interferes with her primary intent of freeing her mind from the pressures of everyday life toward the indulgent pleasures of sex. The First Lady wants to see romance, erotic caresses, passionate kissing, hot desire, and a quick escalation to engaging sex. The movie, for us, is not the end in itself but the vehicle that frees our passion for each other and gives us safe insight and discoveries into our innermost sexual desires. That said, 'Fade to Black' did not do that for us. It was centered on the seedy side of adult film industry, which we didn’t like. It tried too hard to work out the plot with lots of quiet talking interspersed with loud moaning during the sex. We were left with two options—either turn down the volume and forget about the dialog or alternately turn it up for the dialog and down for the sex, which ruined the passion of the moment fiddling with the remote. There was so much talking (What did she say?—volume up), moaning (Dang that’s loud—volume down), talking (volume up), moaning (volume down—Oh dang I dropped the remote) that we began to get aggravated, which is never a good prelude to sex. There was lots of realistic, gritty, raw, graphic sex and we know that many people want that in an adult film, but it was too much for us! There was also plenty of positional variety but too much anal for our taste. The first Lady thought that none of the actors seemed very into each other, which is was a turn-off for her. I thought the movie seemed like it would never end. In the end, it didn’t as we turned it off and went to sleep, which was certainly not the intended result when we put the video in.

Not what you would expect
I have to say that I don't always enjoy adult movies, but I really liked this one. It wasn't your typical film, it had a great story line, intimate love scenes, and dramatic appeal. I felt drawn into the movie and highly arroused as well. My husband had no complaints, but he did like that I was enjoying the movie as well.

Great anal action!
This movie was pretty good..plot was rather silly but the sex scenes were really good....lots and lots of anal play...I was really impressed by the EXTRAS at the end...lotsa stuff...fetish room was my favorite. It's a definate keeper.

A little different
This wasn't a bad adult movie for beginners. The plot was slow, but sex was pretty good. We usually like adult films that have a plot mixed in, but this plot was kind of drawn out. I think it's something both partners can enjoy together. I think it's a good buy for introducing adult entertainment into your relationship.

Kinda iffy...
She liked it because of the plot twists and the fact that if felt like an actual movie. I liked it because of the hardcore scenes in it. It all derpends on what you are looking for. I did feel that there was a LOT of talking during the movie. Almost as much as those 70's adult films. The plot is pretty creative. All in all, it had its moments.

Unique Adult Movie
This was a very good adult movie and had a good mix of hot sex scenes and well written plot. The setting for the story is actually the adult movie industry which gives the whole movie an ironoc sort of twist. The story is well constructed and is much more than an excuse to string a series of sex scenes together like some other adult movies. The story itslef would hold up pretty well even without the sex scenes. The acting is pretty good by adult movie standards but not the best. The sex scenes are all pretty hot but there are a lot of them and the movie is rather lenghty. Couples should be able to watch this movie together and both partners enjoy it, although there is a fair bit of anal sex which might put off those who don't care for that kind of thing. All in all I think this is an excellent adult movie and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Sex, needs less plot
The sex in this movie is Hot Hot Hot. The Plot is not not not. The sex scenes made up for too much talking and trying to to turn porn into a main stream movie. A very hot threesome scene got both of our juices flowing and by the time the movie ended Wilma couldn't keep her hands off of Fred.

Lots and Lots of SEX
This movie was ok. I was expecting a little more. There wasn't much of story line. The dvd had alot of action and a huge ray of sexual scenes and some positions. The actors seemed timid during the sexual scene. This is a good movie to watch as a starter for you and your partner. The action and sex scenes will definetly put you in the mood for some humping and bumping. I would recommend to others to use as a tool to spice up their relationships. This movie can be watch alone for pleasure or together for double pleasure. It is not what I expected...but I must have to say it did get me off. I have seen some better movies so this one I will add to my starter collection.

Really Hot Movie
This adult movie was flat out hot. The entertainers were really sexy and the sex scenes were very exciting. A great movie to watch while enjoying your mate. This is probably top 10 of all time.

good plot
This adult movie was good, the plot was very well written. Fade to black is a movie that both a man and women can enjoy. The man will enjoy the wild sex scenes and the incredible features this flick has to offer like different angles and lots of extras. Women will enjoy this movie because it has a story behind it. When women watch a flick they want more than just a man and women having sex, they want a story line because without that a movie can be down right gross. Fade to black’s story line is more approachable for a person who is just getting into watching adult films. This film also explains the good and the bad side of the porno industry. The only thing that I would have wanted in this film is more ethnic actors because I enjoy seeing different ethnic groups going at it. Over all, this movie is like watching a great movie at the theater with wild, wonderful sex scenes.

Nice Plot....long adult movie....
I enjoyed the plot and it had a nice twist to it near the end of the movie. The main star has numerous partners in the movie. I was happy to see a video that was not degrading women in the scenes. However, the moanings from the main character at times were a lil' annoying (maybe even fake sounding??). The movie was interesting to watch, I think my boyf was getting a little bored with the talking.

Mediocre at best...
What was supposed to be a couple hours felt like much longer. It was alright, but honestly bored us. If you're looking for a decent story line (but who really is?) this isn't the movie for you. Definitely lots of sex, lots of positions, very graphic, good variety in that respect. But nothing terribly original. None of the actors seemed very into it. I mean, you expect it to be faked, but maybe a little more enthusiasm? Overall, it would be marginally recommended, but you could probably find better if you looked.

Let's just get to the fun stuff!
This video seems to get right to the point! I assume based on my husbands reactions that most men would love this video because there is not a story line -just great action!
