1. Sweepstakes Description: The "BETTER SEX” SWEEPSTAKES™"(“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on July 11, 2008 and entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on August 10, 2008 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes. The sponsor of this contest is Sinclair Institute, located at 402 Millstone Drive, Hillsborough, NC 27278 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules. By entering participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

2.Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open and offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Sinclair Institute (the Sponsor), the participating Web sites specified below, their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, web masters and web suppliers (and their respective IRS dependants, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

3. How to Enter: To enter online during the Entry Period visit one (1) of the following participating Web sites: www.bettersex.com, forum.bettersex.com or lifetime.bettersex.com where the BETTER SEX VIDEO SERIES ® and GREAT SEX FOR A LIFETIME product information can be viewed. Then follow the online instructions to complete the entry form and click on the submit button (“Online Entry”). Information required on the Online Entry form consists of entrant’s First Name, Last Name, Street Address (no P.O. Boxes), City, State, ZIP, Date of Birth, and Email Address. Postcards containing information described in the previous sentence may also be mailed to Sinclair Institute Box 8865, Chapel Hill, NC 27515. Mailed entries must be post marked individually and not exceed the one entry per household per day rule. Online and Mailed Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 10, 2008.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day per household regardless of method of entry (“Entry”). Entries by the same person in excess of this limit will be disqualified and Sinclair may disqualify all entries by the household found breaking the maximum entries rule. All required Online Entry Information or Mailed Entry must be completed in full. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. Any attempted form of Entry into this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, technical or network; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information.

4. Drawing: Winners will be selected by the sponsor in a random drawing to be held on or about August 16th, 2008, (unless time frame is changed by Sponsor), from among all eligible entries received by the participating Web sites. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone and will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release and a W-9 tax form within two (2) days of issuance. A prepaid overnight delivery air bill will be provided to facilitate the return of all required documents. Grand Prize winner must agree to accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time frame and these Official Rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. If an alternate winner is selected, this winner will be required to accept the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time frame and these Official Rules will result in disqualification.

5. Prize: Two (2) Apple iPod Touch pre-loaded with Sinclair adult sex educational titles. “His” iPod will be loaded with The Better Sex Video Series ® 6 Volume Set and “Her” iPod will be loaded with Great Sex for a Lifetime by Better Sex and 32 Ways To Please Your Lover.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses incurred that are not specifically stated herein. Guest must be 21 years of age or older as of winner notification. Prize is not redeemable for cash or credit at any time and cannot be changed in any way. If winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $430.00 (iPod Touch) + $69.95 (pre-loaded Better Sex DVDs). Actual retail value of prize may vary. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize, or any part thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

(1) First Prize Winners one (1) winner selected from the participating Web sites (stated above) will each receive two (2) $430 iPod Touch with pre-loaded DVD’s supplied by Sinclair and BetterSex.com. Approximate Retail Value of First Prize: $499.00 each. No transfer, substitution or cash prize will be awarded in lieu of stated prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prize, or any part thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Conditions Of Participation: Participants agree that (a) Sinclair Institute and their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders and agents (collectively "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by participants for any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of or inability to use any prize or from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, including any travel or Sweepstakes related activity, (b) Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, war, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ control, (c) Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for cancellations, delays or diversions by the airline(s) or hotel, or any loss or damage to baggage, (d) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval, (e) if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion, (f) noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's sole responsibility.

7. Limitations on Liability: Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or any Web site, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant's eligibility. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, communications line failure, technical failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of any technology used in connection with this Sweepstakes. Any use of micro, automatic, programmed, robotic, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and entrants using such methods will be disqualified. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or mobile phone service account associated with that Online Entry or Text Message Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address or who is assigned to a mobile phone number by a service provider that is responsible for assigning mobile phone numbers. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account or mobile service account.

8. General Information: Any information collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and with the Privacy Policy.
