The Automatic Precision Pump works by sucking air out of the chamber, which causes blood to rush into your member. A soft TPE "donut" at base of the pump forms a tight seal during use. But the pump can work without the seal, too. To use the pump without the seal, press the "on" button with the one hand as you hold the tube firmly in place with the other hand. The Automatic Precision Pump is compatible with water-based lubes; try the Better Sex Essentials® Gel Personal Lubricant. It is not recommended to be used with silicone lubes.
