Better Sex® Enjoying Guilty Pleasures Video

A BetterSex instructional DVD discussing what’s ‘taboo’, enjoying erotica, cunnilingus, fellatio, anal sex, fantasies, S & M. The use of sex toys, female condoms and Liberator wedges were also demonstrated. My expectations didn’t match up with what I watched on this DVD. I expected really wild and kinky and it’s not! I realized that the main thrust of the DVD is to relax with the ideas, the fantasies we might have – to enjoy what we might feel guilty about. Can’t have over the top wild scenarios – might scare couples off. I get it! The scenes are short and titillating. The couples are great to watch and I like to see affection and humor between partners. The scenarios left me wanting more and it was frustrating / arousing. For anyone curious, unsure, ‘turned off’ about any of the sexual acts shown, this DVD is explicit while at the same time erotic and not offensive as much as instructional. I always listen to the sex experts and commentators in the DVD – and wonder if they really practice that they preach? LOL…But I digress…the couches look fabulous, the sets are tastefully lit and the colors used are beautiful. The b & w photos from the 1900’s are fascinating to see! (Nothing is new, really). I’m a huge fan of the BetterSex instructional DVDs because they’re hot. I can select a specific topic or scene – NO obnoxious sex ads to fast forward through – lovely introductions – non-threatening throughout. And if anyone is – just move on to another topic – I liked it all. “Enjoying Guilty Pleasures” is very well produced and acted out, for the beginner and experienced alike. I want a sequel…Enjoy!

This was a nice intro to some of the more taboo sexual activities a couple can enjoy. Watching erotic videos, oral sex (doesn't seem all that taboo anymore, but maybe for some it is), anal sex, fantasy, s&m, just to name some of the topics covered. It was a great start for loving, trusting couples looking to expand their sexual repertoire. For us, we've done most of what this video covered, but would suggest it for anyone who's interested. Tasteful yet explicit demonstrations from normal looking couples make these an videos top notch. We haven't found a BetterSex video yet that wasn't worth it.

My wife usually does not watch sexual oriented video's but she did this one and she even enjoyed it. Being a country girl and not exposed to these type of video's she was a bit cautious. It really did help her understand that these things are not taboo. Thank you for this video. I highly recommend this video for those who just aren't sure.

This video covers a variety of topics that many couples may feel to be taboo. Many of these things we have done before except for S&M, just did not sound that great. Boy were we wrong. After watching the video, we decided to try the only thing we had been afraid of before. We had never even brought it up. We went through the house to find restraints, I used to be in the security industry and had real hand cuffs, not a good idea we soon realized, but neckties, scarves, Clean handkerchiefs, bandanas, all work well, at least until we order some specifically designed for sex items. There is a whole new world out there when you can not see your lover and you can't touch them unless they feel you have earned it enough to move close to your hands. You are at the mercy of the master. I do advise a safety word that is highly out of the ordinary. This word ends all activity and releases the tied up person for any reason they feel uncomfortable. Ours is rutabaga, you know the vegetable. I highly recommend you give this video a chance, watch with an open mind. After all, if it was taboo before it may not be for you anymore. It is not like you are going to share it with your Sunday school class. LOL.

We were apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect but, we were both surprised at how this instructional video approach taboo subjects. We were comfortably able to discuss what we saw and even tried most of what we learned. This video is great for the experienced person that is willing to learn but doesn't know how to approach taboo subjects.

This was a great video to own it explains everything taboo from a historical point of view, and since I am a historian I loved that. It was very informative in explaining why some things are taboo for some and not so taboo for others. Some of the things on the video, I did not even realize that it was a taboo subject for some people. This video made me realize that people should really loosen up when it comes to sexual activity it is part of human nature and people have been doing all of those taboo things for centuries and this video does a good job in explaining that. Excellent buy!!!

Exploring Guilty Pleasures & Sexual Power Play was a little 'spicier' than the first couple of videos we viewed from the Sinclair Institute. This video really pushed some Taboo Boundaries we never really talked about or tried as a couple before. The video starts out discussing watching Adult Movies together, which we had done, but I don't think every fully enjoyed together until this video helped break down that wall about Adult Movies being Taboo. For me the Sexual Fantasy segment is one I hope to reap major rewards from now that she is much more comfortable with being OK to Play and Act Out in the Bedroom. This video helped me to enjoy her having an Unbelievable Orgasm during our Playtime after the video ended as she couldn't wait to blindfold me and jump in the proverbial drivers seat to take control. Although not our favorite, there's no denying that this video has helped us break through Taboo Boundaries Together!
