The G Thrust® is a new adult resource that brings partners closer together for deeper penetration and better stimulation. It gives a woman the control to pull her partner closer and deeper, leading to heightened sensations. When the man is on top in the traditional missionary, the woman's pelvis has a tendency to roll up with each thrust. The G Thrust® lets the woman use the leg straps to keep her pelvis from rolling, keeping the pressure where she wants it: on her G spot. The woman puts the soft cuffs just below her ankles and the man then puts his feet on the footboard. Once the straps are adjusted for the height difference between the two, they are ready to go. As the man thrusts, she can control her pelvic angle and thus increase the pressure and sensation by moving her legs to change his position. A demonstration DVD is included. Our test couples say it took a little practice for maximum benefit (but the practice was fun too!).

The bands were made of soft material which were comfortable for her also they are adjustible for any size ankle. The pad is made of a hard plastic and sturdy which provided stability for thrusting and is adjustible so if your partner is shorter or taller this will not be a problem. It comes with an informational video to help with the, "where's this go" to help get started. It took a few times to hit the spot but once we found it, "WOW". Helps to get into place and keep it there. We also like the closeness that the G- Thrust provided in the missionary position.
