A Better Sex Definition: Bondage and discipline is a combination of 2 different acts. Bondage, or the act of tying someone up using rope, handcuffs or any other device, and discipline- or training another person to act certain ways and enforcing those rules.
Often the disciplinary activity includes spanking or some other form of mild punishment, but are not necessarily meant to inflict pain. The experience may include acting out fantasies or other sexual activities.
Both bondage and discipline are mutually agreed to scenarios in which sexual arousal and sometimes orgasm are achieved through the use of restraints and/or the administration of an agreed upon "disciplinary" action by the other partner.
