I have to say, this massager is not small! I thought I was in over my head when I opened it. After about a week of hesitation I gave it a go. I tried it with my wife, and later wished I tried it by myself first, just so I could take my time. But wow, I had a really “full” feeling that I’ve never felt before. I did not have an orgasm though, nor the second or third time. I read online that if you can get it to induce a feeling that itches but feels oh so good to scratch, then you’ve found your prostate. I went with that new info and I was finally able to milk my prostate. And I can get to the point where I get fluid to come out while having constant tremors and mini orgasms! I have found that if it does not work for you, you may have to do what I did and that is to back it out just a little bit and angle it forward using the handle. The title pretty much covers it, but there's a little more that needs to be said. The Prostate is an amazing thing to explore. My wife and I recently purchased this, and truly, it does exactly as claimed. Though the positioning can be a little tricky to master in the first application, it can and will hit the spot perfectly, once you twist and wiggle it right. Stimulating the prostate with the progasm has brought me to a sledge-hammer of a climax several times. It is made of a hard, non-flexible, lightly textured plastic. I imagine this allows for more friction, and leverage. It is super strong so you can tilt and pivot to apply pressure wherever you desire. Though for some it may be too big, the size is specifically intended to generate a feeling of "fullness" to accompany the obvious use. Other reviews on this site and others exclaim about the size. Realistically, the length is about the same as a normal light bulb, and at the thickest part, is as big around as a fifty cent piece, but only just barely. It is much smaller that most dildos, dongs, and even a lot of butt plugs. My only beef was the price. When I opened it up, I thought to myself, "I paid how much for this simple thing?" When I tried it however, I laughed at my previous uncertainty. Hands down, one of the best toys I've ever used. It is easy, satisfying, and it may be a good steppng stone for a couple who is just dipping a toe into the anal play realm. Know this, I will not be looking for any other prostate toys, period.

I have to say that the Progasm is definitely worth its price tag. Its design is able to work wonders for prostate stimulation that other toys (plugs, etc.) just can’t do. It is, however, on the large side. If you are not experienced with anal play, your experience could end up far from pleasant. With a bit of patience and practice, however, you’re sure to get your money’s worth out of the Progasm.

True, the size of this may be intimidating to the newly initiated. However, if you have some experience with prostate stimulation you will probably get over this quickly. The size is perfect and the angle is just right. The amazing thing about this toy is that it is completely hands free once its in. Your body takes control and stimulates your prostate through natural, and involuntary, sphincter contractions. It is quite delightful and leads to powerful erections and forceful and copious ejaculations. Everyone over a certain age needs to have one....everyone else should have one for the fun of it.
