I have used other clitoral pumps and liked them but this is the QUEEN of them all. This advanced clitoral pump is of very high quality. The head fits very nicely around your clitoris and with a few pumps is giving you a great little squeeze, add in the vibrations and my oh my you will be in heaven. I liked the tickler head: what a rush. The neck flexs to give you a lot of comfort, It is easy to clean and easy to use. One button on the bottom controls the speeds. The pump is just a little hard to pump but it just may need to be "broken in". The speeds are fast, faster and mind blowing. I have found that other toys speeds are just too weak for me, I need that high vibration in order to climax and this one sure fits the bill. I would definitely put this one on your santa list.

The Advanced Clitoral Pump is the first clitoral pump I have tried so I can’t compare it to other pumps. This little gem has three very different and distinct speeds all of which are intense. The design really is contoured for your personal pleasure and the head fits nicely over the clitoris. It comes with two sleeves so one gets to choose or change them to your liking. Once I found the battery compartment, located at the base of the pump and bulb air hose connection, it was full speed ahead. The only thing I found to my displeasure was that the suction on the pump was less then I expected. Perhaps, this is due to the suction bulb that I found a wee bit hard to pump. However, it did suck it up and felt very pleasurable with the vibration at any of the three speeds. I am giving this one just three hearts. Ms Diva

When I received this product, I was looking forward to apply the suctioning feature and then doing very little work. I was quickly disappointed. The suction only lasted for ten seconds at the very most. Having to continuously reapply the suction took all the fun out of it. I tried both attachments, trying to find my favorite, but could not reach excitement with either one. I felt very little vibration. If you are looking for a great toy that requires minimal work, I would recommend purchasing the Deep Thrusting Rabbit Stroker over this toy. ~The Joneses

This product works ok as a clit vibe but not such a good pump. We have tried this in different ways and with both cups that it comes with. The pump feels more like someone is pinching you very hard and not such a turn on for her. The vibe part is easy to operate with a push button on/off and offers 3 speeds. The one cup has feelers inside to stimulate and works well with the vibe. The pump seems to hurt her more then please. The hose does get kinked and is able to be cut at the kink and reinstalled to use again. We would recommend saving a little bit more money and purchase a higher grade to get the full sensation. Good idea but just fell a bit short of what we were looking for and as we say you get what you pay for.

First I must say, the misses loves suction on her clitoris. With excitement, we picked up the Advanced Clitoral Pump, with hope that it might provide the same stimulation I give her orally, but with vibration as well. It did not quite make the cut. The suction, if we could get it to seal right, was really weak, and it released on it's own very quickly. The cup that wraps the clit area is only about the size of a lens from a pair of reading glasses. This made it a little difficult to fit all of the necessary flesh into it, and get a good seal. most of the time, when either of us worked the pump bulb, it just made hissing noises. When it did latch on, it was only for a few seconds. Also due to the compact size of the cup on the Advanced Clitoral Pump, the clunky vibrating apparatus just made it a little awkward to hold and position. It also vibrates, which gave a boost to our score. The vibrations though were a little weak for her taste. Though the vibrations did add a little to the mix, it seems it is just not the toy for us. It may be the best toy in the world for some people, but the Advanced Clitoral Pump fell short for us in all the areas that counted. As a result, we will likely chalk this one up with the few sex toys we probably will never use again.
I liked the Advanced Clitoral pump but I don't know if the design is all that is could be. The head with the ticklers is great for an extra strong vibration or tickle. The pump works great when no air leaks in. It is hard to get the placement correct so that there is no air escaping.

The Advanced Clitoral Pump is a nice vibe but the pump part was lacking a bit. One of the best features of this toy is the 3 different speeds. The other thing that we liked was that in addition to the sleeve with the tickling teasers, there is also a sleeve that is just a open cup shape. This design makes this a good vibe. The pump, while it is quite powerful when placed on your skin, was not very powerful when used on the clit. The cup seemed to be too small to really offer a tight seal.

We decided to try the Advanced Clitoral Pump because we were intrigued by the idea of a toy simulating oral suction. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this toy. It was difficult to maneuver and if you did get it to hold, it held for only seconds before air escaped and the suction was gone. I will say that those few seconds felt amazing! The vibrator was difficult to feel without the suction apparatus working, but again, when all of the parts were working in harmony - moments of bliss. All told, we enjoyed experimenting with this toy and found it to be sturdily made, but it just did not deliver. We will look for other pump/suction toys to play with in hopes of finding one with effective suction.
The Clitoral Pump is just a tease-with 3 speeds of very light buzzing and Suction via a hand pump. It didn’t work very well for my Clit; however it did a nice job on my nipples. (Bare skin would work best! I’m not bare down below-so it didn’t work very well on my very trim Clit.) The noise level is very low so the roommates won’t hear it! Clearance and I had fun playing with the Clitoral Pump-but it was not my favorite toy-I think it would be much better if I dear to go bare, maybe someday-I’ll hang on to this one till then. I like an extremely strong Vibration and the vibe was a little low for me. This would be great for someone that likes low vibe and a little work to operate-it’s a 2 handed operation-Fun to play with-but not exactly what I was looking for. My wife and I have used clitoral stimulators in the past but this was the first that had a hand held pump connected for suction. This item was a great stimulator for the clit, but the suction would not last. Sometimes it was difficult to get any suction to hold at all. In the midst of foreplay, the MRS`s and I discovered that it would hold suction on the nipple better, and was great at stimulating the nipples.
