I will start off by saying we have played with these vibrating thongs twice now and have had a blast doing so! The Dr. Berman’s Astrea II Vibrating Thong is totally awesome! I could barely wait to slip them on and hand over the controller to my man. The thong itself is made of stretchy black lace that is suppose to fit most sizes. I don’t think they would stretch beyond a small/ medium as I found them to be a nice comfortable and snug fit. I normally wear a size small in a thong at 120 lbs with 36 inch hips and do not see how they could fit much larger woman comfortably. The crotch is pocketed to slip the vibe (contoured stimulator) right in and it stayed put while we were playing. My man took the wireless controller and gave me a real good workout. I walked around the house into different rooms and found that the controller had excellent range well over 12 foot. I even got as far away from the wireless controller as 25 to 30 feet without any disturbance in the contact signal. We also played while watching a movie and it had me squealing and squirming with delight. My man would turn it on and off at unexpected intervals Noise level is moderate to high. I do not consider it discreet if other people are in the same room because they would absolutely be able to hear it buzzing within several feet. I would not wear these out into a restaurant or heads would be turning from the buzzing and me squealing. The vibration is strong. The controller has a simple on/off switch with only one speed but that one speed is all that is needed. It is strong and powerful enough. If you don’t like wearing thongs and still want to try vibrating panties, briefs are also available. Panties are fully washable. Cute little pouch comes with this for storage when not in use. Mrs. SoCo and I had a LOT of fun with this toy. Originally Mrs. SoCo was planning on wearing these to a noisy bar we sometimes go to. Mother Nature had other plans though and we ended up snowed in on the night we were planning on going out. Instead we went out to a local home improvement store a few days later with the vibe in place and the controller in my pocket. Mrs. SoCo has had long time fantasy of me stimulating her in public. This toy allowed us to play out this fantasy without me even touching her. It was quite a bit of fun. Users should know that this is not a quiet toy. You are not going to able to turn this on while standing around in a crowd of people unless there is a lot of noise. Also, the unit is hard plastic. It took some adjustment before Mrs. SoCo was able to get comfortable with it. Third, the thong was ill-fitting. It wasn’t too small, it just didn’t fit right. The good thing is that the vibe unit is a separate piece from the thong and can be slipped into the crotch of a multitude of Mrs. SoCo unmentionables from her full coverage panties to her sexy thongs. It is also small enough that it was easily concealed in a pair of jeans. Also, the range on the transmitter is impressive. I was able to “zap” Mrs. SoCo from upwards of thirty feet although I generally stayed closer because the response time is slower the farther away you are. I also didn’t want it to get stuck in the on position as someone rounded the corner into our aisle. Mrs. SoCo described the vibe as “very effective.” I wasn’t able to get her to come in the store, however, due to the location and a bit of self-consciousness. Mrs. SoCo did become very stimulated which made us hurry home. All in all, it was a lot of fun and made for some interesting foreplay. We are looking forward to another go at it in our noisy bar.

This thong is very cute and washable! It is black so it matched many different sexy outfits or is even great under a pair of jeans! The lace material is soft, not scratchy and really very comfortable. There is a small cotton pocket inside to fit the bullet vibe down into so you don't feel the cold plastic against you. The bullet's one speed is a little strong for me to start out with. My husband didn't like the remote because it would make a clicking noise when he switched it on or off and it has at least a second delay, no mater how close the bullet was from the remote. In other words it wasn't really a surprise for me (click ... buzz, click ... stop).

The Dr. Berman Astrea II Vibrating Thong is the gift that keeps on giving! Ms. Fantastico had always wanted to try a pair of remote control vibrating panties and this thong did not disappoint. One thing of not is that the panties are "one size fits most" but my wife is very petite and the panties required some slight alteration to fit properly. After that was taking care of, it was as easy as sliding the sleek plastic vibrator into the pouch in the front of the panties and it was play time! The Astrea II is not quiet, but if used in a crowded mall or restaurant where there is noise it should be undetectable. The unit fits in any clothing, even jeans, without being noticeable which helps make it more flexible in its use. The vibrations are surprisingly strong, as even though they did not get Ms. Fantastico to climax, they did "jolt" her enough that the ride home was more than enjoyable, and once we got home it was go time! I wanted to try out the Astrea II set after owning the Astrea I vibrating set. While I expected a difference (after all, it's II - not I), there really wasn't much of one. The only thing that differed was the style of the panties. The style of these panties is in much more of a thong shape than the bikini-style of Astrea I. These panties are pretty flexible and should fit anyone up to a size 8 or 10. Anyone bigger than that should consider buying their own pair and just using basic sewing techniques to sew in a pouch for the vibrator. The vibrator will fit into the "pouch" where the lining of most underwear normally sits. While this is pleasurable for most women, it normally will not provide clitoral stimulation, so you may consider making your own pouch if clitoral is what you're after. However, it does make an amazing tease. Although it says it will drain the battery to leave the batteries in the toy (and it does), it does it at such a slow rate that it doesn't make too much difference if you are using this toy on a regular basis. The batteries in the vibrator (the AAAs) last about four or five hours of constant use. (This is with me turning it on and off.) The N battery of the remote has yet to run out of juice. It has a great range that allows me to control the panties from even across the entire apartment building. These panties would be most effective when your "victim" is sitting down because it pushes the vibrator right into the crotch. Standing up, the vibrator tends to use its weight to pull the panties away from the crotch. This vibrator is pretty quiet unless you are sitting against something wooden or rough - most cushions absorb most of the vibration. As long as there's background music and some talking, you wouldn't be able to hear it. Overall, I'm extremely impressed by these vibrating panties. They do exactly what they claim to do - and they do it well. Either buy the Astrea I or II - the version doesn't matter. Just buy whatever set's panties look more comfortable to you. The vibrating thong is a very interesting product. It says that it's one size fits most, and that turned out to be true, at least for me. Only having one color for the thong and only having one setting for the remote were kind of disappointing, though. The on/off setting kind of eliminated some of the thrill when walking around with these. And, believe me, the most fun part about this product is that you can walk around in public with these on and no one would be the wiser because of the quiet vibrations. Another nice touch is that the vibrating remote is small enough to fit in the pockets of other panties and thongs I own. This allows for better customization and not being tied down to wearing one color thong with the vibrator. Overall, it is a pretty good product with lasting battery power and the remote worked from at least 10 feet away for me.

Dr. Berman Astrea 2 Vibrating Thongs are cute and comfortable. They are made of 80% Nylon/20% Spandex. The package says fits most, but I think anyone over 125 lbs and larger than a 34 waist might find these a little snug. These thongs can definitely be worn alone, but why miss out on all the fun. These babies come a wonderful little vibe that can easily be slipped into a little pocket area in the crotch of the thongs and it can also be worn with any undergarment with a "pocket" inside. This way this vibe can sit nice and snug against the clitoris. Now hand over the remote which is about the size of a small pager, to your favorite partner and let the fun begin! Before treading out in public though try out your vibrating thongs in private, this way you can determine the noise level around you you might need to feel comfortable, because they can be a little noisy. There is also about a 2 second delay, so this is something that you should be aware of and your partner needs to learn. After you feel comfortable a night out dancing or whatever can turn into a whole new experience and your partner has complete "control" of turning you on up to about 30 feet away. It is so dam hot to dance to your favorite song and feeling your clitoris vibrating secretly in front of others! I really wanted to love Dr. Berman Astrea II Vibrating Thong but I didn't. Maybe I had too high expectations but I found the design of the vibrator to be awkward, bulky and noisy. First of all the vibe is not waterproof and has some deep grooves that need to be cleaned. The vibe itself is about and inch deep so you might wanna wear something free flowing if you wanna go out in public in it but it is so loud I didn't dare, do I really need to go on. I was able to get off using this vibe at home on myself once I found the correct way to hold it. This was just too much work and well I don't buy vibes to do work. But the thong was great!
