Customer Reviews - Dr. Berman's Juno Pelvic Exerciser

Nice beginner exerciser

TeacherWoman36 on February 13, 2011

The Juno is a nice beginner kegel exerciser. It is made of a smooth lucite material that has weighted balls inside of it. While the instructions tell you to start with the smallest ball and support it with your hand, I believe that the exerciser works best with starting with the largest end and working your way to the smaller end. This definitely will give you a workout in your nether regions, as well as double as a nice toy for solo or partner play. It is easy to use, keep clean, and store, which is also great.

Designed for multiple use

Mr. and Mrs. Southern Comfort on June 23, 2010

The Dr. Berman Juno Weighted Pelvic Exercisor looks and feels like something you will want inside of you. It is super smooth and has a nice heft to it. Its graduated bulges give you something to hold onto while exercising with it, but they also feel great on insertion. The directions for the Juno are a bit confusing. They say to start with the smallest end first and as you become "stronger" switch to using the larger and heavier end. From a practical standpoint, it was easier to start with the larger end because there is more to hold onto. Being able to keep the small end from sliding out is going to take a lot of work! If you tire of exercising with it, the Juno can double as a nice bulbous dildo. The weight of it feels very nice and the large end is good for stimulating your g-spot. It can even be used as an anal toy. Like most exercise equipment, the Juno needs a certain amount of commitment to regular use. However, unlike the treadmill, the Juno lends itself perfectly to other fun pursuits.

Nice Beginer Pelvic Exerciser!

Ms Diva on June 25, 2009

I was looking for another pelvic exercise to change things up in my Kegel Exercise routines so I choose the Dr. Laura Berman’s Juno Pelvis Exerciser. I been have practicing Kegels for over thirty years and can attest to how important they are to the strengthening of a woman’s pelvic floor muscles. I liked the design of the weighted and streamline Juno and the graduated steel balls. I think that the Juno is an excellent beginner pelvic exercise for women. It is not overly heavy or threatening. The instructions say to first start by inserting the small ball end while supporting the other end with an open palm. Then work your way up to the larger balls and heavier weight. I found the Juno to be perfect for beginners to work the pelvic muscle and build strength. The larger end ball is not too heavy so your pelvic muscles do not tire readily and muscle control is easy to strengthen and control with a little practice. Use a little lubrication for smoothness on insertion. The Dr. Laura Berman’s Juno is waterproof so taking it in the tub or shower is easy. Clean up is easy with soap and water or anti bacterial toy cleaner. I do recommend this pelvic exerciser and give it a four heart rating. Ms Diva

It has good intentions

SexyGenXMom on March 4, 2009

After having two children, I wanted to make sure my Kegels stay exercised and strong. The directions say for beginners to stand with the smallest ball inserted and support the heavier end with your hand. I'm short so the logistics of this requires me to slightly bend over while doing such. To squeeze the smallest end with the heaviest weight bearing down to the floor seems like it would be for stronger Kegels to accomplish. For me, I used the heavier ball first and hold it there without using my hand. You can find it slipping a bit but then tighten your kegels again to keep it from falling out. My problem is that you pretty much have to stand around without your pants on while this weight hangs out of you and that's something I don't have a lot of time to do. This would be a nice supplement for the squeeze-and-release exercises that can be done anywhere at anytime and fully clothed. Can also be used in sex play as a nice weighted dildo to give a full and heavy vaginal feeling.
