Works Great
This is the best adjustable cock ring I have ever used. There are two different rings that have multiple adjustments so most guys should be able to get the perfect fit. I would suggest a little solo play to find the perfect size adjustment .The rings are a little hard to snap together but a little lube rubbed on the tabs makes it easier. Once the ring is snapped together it stays together until you release it. It is nice to be able to release the ring for removal. The Erexcel cock ring it well made and has worked great time after time.

PostProstate Surgery
As you may know prostate surgery may very well leave you with problems of getting erections and keeping them long enough to complete sex. A cock ring like this may be your best bet to your problem.
