How a Penis Pump Works:

The pump creates a vacuum within the cylinder. The vacuum draws blood into the penis and engorges the spongy tissue of the corpora carvanosa and the corpus spongiosum (causing an erection). Because a pump may draw more blood into the penis than a person might naturally, it sometimes will give an erection of the maximum size possible. Note: to keep the erection, a constriction ring is required. Otherwise the blood flows back out when the vacuum is removed.

OK Pump

Not a bad little hand pump. Would like the suction to be a bit stronger. Gets the job done. Easy to clean.

Weak Weak Weak!!!!

We love many of the products from Sinclair--but this is not one of them!!! The pump is so weak--better luck next time!!

OK but wouldn't buy it again.

Pump is pliable but very heavy. The valve that allows for detaching pump did not hold vacuum very well and it broke off after several uses:( Penis-like shape does not allow for use of entire length of the pump. MM

Does the Job!

Hey, for the price this pump works well. It holds suction and is easily cleaned. It is a little smaller on the inside than other pumps but if you are too big for it you don't need one! The suction can be increased by mouth suction to the air exit port on the bulb.

Rock Hard for Begginers!!!!

Works great but does require a hairless suction area or a extremely wide member. AWESOME for beginners!!! I'm a average size man at 6 inches and this works great with about a quarter to a half inch left before you top out with suction applied. If you find that there is not enough suction you can suck on the end of the pumper but be-ware it might start to hurt so be prepared to release the pressure. The pliability of the pump is too stiff for my wife to squeeze or maintain pressure. In other words you want your women to play after the pump make her wait. I'm sure there's better pumps out there but, the question is how much you willing to pay? Don't forget lube I highly recommend so your member slides and don't bind as you grow.
