When we first pulled this cock ring out of the box, we both thought that it may be a little bulky, but after using it, its just right. The c-ring is made if TPR and is super stretchy and easy to put on, but yet hold a really secure fit around the shaft. There is also a ring for the testicles for added sensation. There are multiple applications for this great c-ring. We used it first with both the shaft and testicles in their own rings of the c-ring. With the dual small vibrators that are inserted (they run on small watch batteries) into the top and bottom of the c-ring, they not only give great sensation the clit area for her, but also great sensation all around the groin for me. we also tried the c-ring with just the shaft in the ring. This added the pleasure of anus stimulation for her. Either way we tried it, it wasn't long before she was thriving in orgasmic pleasure. Multiple orgasms were achieved in rapid secession. We have tried a number of vibrating cock rings and we absolutely loved this one! When i first opened it, i was a little sad that the vibrating head that's supposed to pleasure the guy wasn't pointing towards the anus, for a pleasurable tickle. However, once we got going, it felt amazing when the head tickled the back of my scrotum, i absolutely loved it! We are definitely c-ring fans and have used many products over the years. There isn't anything earth-shattering about the four-way arouser in comparison to the other c-rings we enjoy, however this product is a marriage of some of the different features of others we've tried. First of all the steel lined penis ring is much better for ejaculation control than simply a stretchy ring and the addition of the testicular ring is a great feature. Both the clit and scrotum vibrators are in good positions for excellent stimulation and to top it all off this baby is waterproof. All in all, this is a high quality and enjoyable couple's toy.

Hubby is not always fond of cock rings because they tend to be restricting. This one, however, pleased us both. It fit him well (with generous lubrication) because it is made to be very stretchable. The bullets were effective, and they are easy to place inside the duck bill shaped pleasurers. This one has one ring for the penis and one to wrap around the balls. One bullet works the clit, while one vibrates the scrotum. Each bullet has single push-button operation, and they come loaded with batteries. Each bullet also has a spare set of batteries included, which is nice. My favorite part of the setup is that it actually landed on my clit with no effort. That is rare. We were able to actually enjoy the experience rather than trying to stay focused on placement of the bullet at the same time. This one is a real winner in our book! Not too loud but very, very effective for both of us!
