Wet Platinum is a very thin, almost watery silicone lube, so it was too thin for me to use as a lubricant on its own. However, I made some fantastic discoveries about this lube and will now always keep a bottle on hand. One: it is a fantastic base-coat underneath a water-based lube (I used it with Better Sex Gel, and it was perfect). It seemed to make the water-based lube last longer and leave my skin feeling silky but not messy, the way thicker silicones sometimes feel. Two, I put just a tiny bit on my partner's penis before giving him a blow job. This kept me from having to spit as often, and it was completely tasteless and non-greasy, which made fellatio even MORE fun than usual. I am a huge fan!
