Many of our toys come from the Far East, so when a Tsunami hits a toy such as our 16 Function Rabbit Super Vibe we can get wiped out for weeks or, on rare occasions, months. Customers ask us if they should go ahead and place the order. We hope you will, but understand if you can’t wait. Our bad for running out of stock. If you do place an order for a back ordered item we always ship in the sequence orders were received. First in first out. Usually a big hulking truck rolls up and unloads thousands of whatever went missing, so everyone gets shipped at the same time. But, during the holidays and for our most popular toys being in line never hurts. If we don’t receive and then ship your back ordered item right away, we will contact you to make sure you want it before going through the expense of shipping. Back order shipping costs are always on us (saving on shipping costs is another reason to go ahead and place the order).
