A: Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from Sinclair Institute, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory. Merchandise is returnable for a refund or exchange within 90 days of your purchase. If any item malfunctions due to defects in material or workmanship, or is damaged in shipment, simply return it to us for a refund or exchange - shipping and handling is not refundable. Merchandise returned after 90 days may only be exchanged if defective. |

| Q: Do I have to pay to ship the item back? |
A: Shipping charges will be refunded only if merchandise is found to be defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for merchandise found to be unsatisfactory. Please use the United States Postal Service for all returns. |

A: Refunds will be made by check, or if the original purchase was made by credit card, your credit card will be credited for the returned merchandise - shipping and handling is not refundable. |
| Q: Can I get an exchange or refund on an item after 90 days? |
A: After 90 days, merchandise may only be exchanged if defective. Once our returns department receives and inspects the merchandise, an exact replacement will be shipped out to you. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. |
