When I received this toy, I was expecting the suction to provide a lot of extra umph to the sensation, but while it was "okay", it really didn't provide all that much extra and it gets tedious to have to keep pumping, so your hand gets a little tired. On top of that, the vibration was absolutely terrible. It just wasn't very strong. So all in all, I was a bit disappointed with this toy; it really wasn't much fun.

I must say that, right out of the box, this was intimidating for me as I've never used or seen anything like this. I wasn't sure what to expect when the President placed the cup over my clitoris. He pumped away for several minutes, varying the position slightly from time to time, but could never get it to create a vacuum. Finally giving up, he placed it on my breast and a single pump sucked my nipple up into the vibrating ticklers. The sensation of the suction and the vibration on my nipple nearly drove me insane with pleasure. Later, the President moved it back down to my clitoris, but was still unable to get suction there. We believe that my pubic hair prevented the cup from making a good seal. I must say that even without suction the vibrating ticklers provided a very pleasant, although not orgasmic sensation. Surprised that the pump action wasn't that strong, expected more suction but then it is only a manual pump. Important to use lubricant to provide a better seal. However with the maximum suction, the feeling on the clitoris wasn't that exciting. The vibrating nodules did feel nice but expected different speed settings, could have used a slightly higher setting. Since using lubricant, it was easy to clean, the silicone sleeve was actually easy to remove and replace. Will use again but won't be the first toy I grab when going into the toy box.

I've tried a few different styles of clitoral and vulva pumps as well as other Berman products. This one promises to be in effect pump and vibrator which is a pretty tall order. I do think it fell a bit short, not because either of the functions is really bad but because they just don't work well together. In practice, the suction works pretty well. With a little lube, it secures and I was able to increase the pressure easily enough. The two included heads are small enough that only the clit and immediate area can be covered; I had to do some adjusting to find the right fit but once I did and applied suction, it felt really good. There were only a couple levels of suction before it reached maximum. Even then, the seal could be broken by pulling away the toy. I couldn’t feel the little ticklers on the one head at all. It felt just like the one without nubs. The vibration really didn’t add to the sensation. Because the heads didn’t touch my clit, the vibration is strongest around the edges of the suction cup head, not on my clit. Those heads just don’t make sense as a way to transmit vibrations. When I could feel vibrations, it distracted from the suction. The vibes also had a tendency to break the seal. Additionally, the pocket-rocket style controls are a bit awkward. I would like to have several levels of vibration instead of just one. I have to be careful not to turn too much or the cap will pop off. Even when the vibrator is set to “Off,” the cap isd loose and the 2AAA batteries rattle around. The construction of the heads is also awkward. Because they are folded over to hit the handle/base, this makes it more difficult to clean. Ideally, removable heads should make cleaning easier but you have to really get into the creases. There is no room for sloppy cleaning. Plus, liquids and lubes can still get on the base. This is not waterproof at all to expect to use a toy spray or wipe to clean it. In the end, this was a nice warm up or foreplay toy. I was no where near orgasm. I could not wield this toy to provide pressure the way I need. As a suction toy, I liked it quite a bit. As a vibrator, it fell quite short.

I had no idea what to expect from this contraption. When I first head about clitoral pumps they seemed kind of funny but now that I have one they are kinda cool and definitely different from anything else in my toy chest. They provide a sucking and vibrating sensation to the body part applied. I like using mine on my nipples as well as clit but it might be cool on one's balls as well. It is a little tricky to figure out how to use it so plan time for trial and error. I like small quick pumps and then I like to push the heart button with the same rhythm. I recommend a great toy cleaner in a spray bottle for all parts except for the 2 suction cups, soap and water are what is needed for those. The suction wasn't as strong as expected but the pump is manual. I would also recommend using lubricant and shaving to provide the best seal possible. If not I'm not sure it will attach to your mound very well. Although intimidating once the right rhythm is found it was very enjoyable like someone nibbling very carefully on one's clit . The packaging was really the nicest feature. It came in a discreet purple box with a flap front which opened to a descriptive picture of the pump and all of its parts. Sadly the instructions left much to be desired. I thought since this was a product from the Berman Center® Line it would include tons of instructions and directions but it did not. But yea it did include a storage bag and it was needed as this pump has attachments!

I was looking forward to using a clitoral pump. I never had one before. So when I opened the box and seem how small this little devil was, I was a bit surprised. But I gave it a shot anyhow. I was in the end disappointed. The small head on the toy made it hard to find an area for there to be a suction area. Suction was achieved when I tried it on my hand easily, but it was harder to do around my clit area. Once suction was achieved, it did feel good, but after I turned the vibrations on, suction was quickly lost. I tried again and the same thing happened. The clit pump comes with 3 removable heads. Each head has either nubs or little fingers on it. they should provide great feeling for you if you can achieve a proper fit. I was not able to. Clean up was relatively easy, it did take a little time though to get inside the small removable head edges. Use a lubricant when using this pump, seemed to help with achieving suction. I would like to find a pump for myself, but this one was not the one for me.

OK I know that everyone’s body is different and I was so happy about getting a TOY that could SUCK. Thinking it would be like Oral Sex. Well this toy did not meet any of my expectations. I will give you the run down. The vibrations sounded strong but it didn’t feel like it sounded. It was I would say loud. There was no vibe settings only on and off. Now for the Pump you can change the suction strength by squeezing the hand held pump bulb. I didn’t find that making more suction any different from a little suction. It did suck but took a lot of time to get a seal on the right AREA. Now I would say this toy would be good for someone that has a very sensitive clitoris or maybe a hidden clitoris that needs a little suction to get the blood to pump in that area and make you engorged. Though for someone that is in need of direct touch this would not make a good toy for your collection.

This is a wonderful marital aid. My husband and I had a very enjoyable time testing it out. It did work better with the sponges left in, seemed to give it better suction. They came out when I went to change heads. It does have two drawbacks it really is too big to use during intercourse. And it has to short an air tube for self-enjoyment. If you are looking for a foreplay toy, this one is definitely a delight for her. Be careful turning the vibration section off or you may find yourself hunting for batteries in places they don’t belong.

This toy is ready to play out of the gate. The extra tickler is perfect, and doesn't take much effort to slide on. The toy is amazing! We found that with the ticker it works well, but its best effect it without it! The air pump is short, but if you pump and release in short bursts it can work its magic best! Can be used and felt anywhere you want, and won't get stuck or accidentally pop off. Unfortunately, it can't be used for extreme wet play, so be careful if you get extremely wet. A hint of caution: use it wisely. Going overboard will cause burns!
