Decent tease, good for foreplay
Out of the box, We were pleased with the number of attachments and the compact appearance of Our new toy. When We slipped the single AA battery into it, we found our first problem. "Off" is very close to "Open", which created an issue when using the toy in the shower. To reach orgasm, it was not quite powerful- but in the shared bath, it served to tantalize Her and tease Him, and the vibration was of medium strength- stronger than We expected! It was quiet and delicate, and for those sensitive enough to climax on a medium strength toy, it is ideal! We would recommend this toy for those intimidated by larger toys, those needing a quiet and compact toy, and those who are sensitive to the touch. Three of five hearts. ~Them

Compact Personal Massager!
The Athena is a relatively small massager, similar to a pocket-sized mini-flashlight. Its girth is not much more than the AA battery that powers it and its 2-battery length is just enough to easily handle the massager and direct its soothing vibrations to the desired location. The twist base easily controls the single-intensity action and the four attachments are made of very soft material. With tip options of a smooth dome or a flat surface with either tiny, small, or medium bumps, there is one to please everyone and they are comfortable enough for direct clitoral, nipple, or penile contact. The massager is quiet and, since it is waterproof, it can be used in the shower, tub, or spa and is easy to clean. The carrying pouch is a nice touch and enables the massager to be easily concealed in a purse or even a small handbag. The Athena delivers a reasonable massage for being powered by a single battery – just make sure you have spares. If you are concerned about discretion, the Athena may be the perfect fit – at a quick glance it could be mistaken for a flashlight!

Stimulus Package
For under $20 you can stimulate some romance back into the bedroom. Athena is a bargain priced mini vibe with good power. It is easy to turn on and off, with a simple twist. Included is four interchangeable rubber tips, we found the one with the smallest nubs to be her favorite. She likes to hold it on her clit while making love. It is also great for getting yourself hard again after having an orgasm. Because Athena is compact, it is easy to hide for travel. We plan to take it with us on vacation. Athena is a excellent vibe for the money.

Compact, Simple, Effective
My title says it all. Dr. Berman's Athena vibrator is quite small and surprisingly powerful. Its only about 1-1/2 to 2 times as big as the single AA battery that it takes. There's only one vibration level, but it's at a very good medium-high. You wouldn't think something this small and running on only one battery would be this powerful. We didn't have any problems with the battery running out either, and I kept it going on her clit for a good 15 minutes until she had a second orgasm. The twist base was easy to figure out and to load the battery. We didn't really notice much difference in the feeling of the various tips, but you do definitely need to keep one of the tips on there, the metal nubs aren't comfortable. Overall this is a very good vibrator, nothing fancy, but quite effective. I've even taken a liking to using this vibrator on myself.

LOVE IT!!
Aside from my bullet this is my favorite vibrator! This is a great vibrator because you get the option of different heads. My favorite is the head with lots of little bumps, it's great! My husband loves to use it on me while we're having sex, it gives me that extra pleasure by stimulating my clitoris! My husband also loves the extra vibration on his balls or perineum. This is also great for self-pleasure! I use this when I'm in the mood and this is my only relief! It's great for a quickie! Compact massager
I have owned several varieties of similar mini massagers. I think this is a bit more powerful than the average one, but it certainly is not overwhelming. It is a great discreet travel companion, and it works well for clitoral stimulation in addition to your lover or another toy. Outside of the strong vibration, I appreciated the softer tips. Other mini massagers I have used had stiff plastic tips. These are much more bendable which is nice for the stimulation but makes them super-difficult to interchange. Based on my experience I would say to put one on and call it a day. It was frustrating to try to change the very snug tip and maintain a level of “readiness.” As a side note, this sucker is GREAT as a massager! What great foreplay!

The Athena™ Waterproof Mini Massager is a high-speed full tilt action packed dynamo! A slender four inches long with four easy to clean, odorless TPR tips. One smooth, one with larger rounded bumps, one with a plethora of tiny bumps and my favorite, SOFT but firm fingernail like short spikes...Quite fun to circle around the nipples and labia area. The AA battery inserts easily and operation is simple to use by twisting the base. Several highlighted arrows help assure that the unit is securely closed. The massager is small enough to slip into your jeans pocket or an evening purse for late night fun. I’m giving this one a less than fabulous rating due to the unshielded strong vibrations. It’s uncomfortable to hold for an extended period of time, even when wrapped with a small washcloth. Noise level is ‘average’ and with thicker insulation I would use it more often. For a fast orgasmic quickie either solo or with your partner this may be a nice option.

A pocket full of power! I won’t take a vacation again without this little buddy in my carry–on! This little guy only has one level of vibration intensity, but it was the perfect level. The four different caps that easily pop on the top of the vibrator quickly change the feel. The smooth cap is great for massage and glides easily along the skin for sensual foreplay. Switching to a cap with little bumps on it felt great when run along the pubic area. First timer only Couples Toy
This was your basic mini massager. It takes 1 double A so at first you have tons of power then after a few minutes the power you once had slowly goes away. Now for the tips YOU MUST USE A TIP to use this toy if you use it alone without the tip the top has 3 metal nubs that look great but they pull out hair. This would be an ok toy for travel or to get a nice massage to your neck or hand but it‘s not going to rock your socks. I did like using this toy along with oral pleasure it was a nice add on toy but not so much a do it yourselfer. I think this would be a nice first toy for couples who are shy about getting toys this would be a great starter toy to use together. The different numbs were nice for someone that likes to get a back scratch. Though a couple of them are a little aggressive for the genital region.

Great companion for alone times
Having multiple tips to choose from gives you a chance to find the perfect feel for you. He’s a bit unyielding for penetration, but is balanced and very comfortable for clit stimulation. He only has one speed (unlike Mr. Right), so that makes him hard and fast. As I’m sure all you gals could agree there are times when that is just what we want.
