All parts come as described. Either bullet vibrator can be plugged into the controller. One point about the "ergonomic" controller, it is just shaped similar to a computer mouse. But the control buttons are on one side instead of two finger controls like a mouse. It really isn't easier to use because of its design. Let's be honest, the vibrations when holding the bullets cause more damage to the wrists and fingers. There's nothing ergonomic about this. You may just feel comfortable about the controller because it is similar to a mouse. The description indicates the bullets are interchangeable but with regards to using the stretchy enhancement ring, I could only use the larger bullet. You must use a lot of lube to use the enhancement ring on the penis but it isn't too tight and can be easily put-on and removed with lubrication. It is made of the jelly like plastic and is easily damaged with the wrong kind of lubricant. Even if it gets damaged, you still have the two bullets to use for manual stimulation. There are eight different vibration patterns, so you should be able to find a favorite. All are easy to clean since the bullets disconnect from the controller.

So, when I first saw this, I didn't actually read the description; these bullets are interchangeable - they don't work at the same time. The controller for the bullets is actually really comfortable to hold, and the black spot in the middle of the controller is actually an LED light that lets you know what function that the bullets are doing by a red/green/yellow light. The bullets actually have multiple different levels of constant vibration as well as some neat patterns that were enjoyable to use. I found that having the cord in certain positions from the remote caused the vibrations to get much weaker. It wasn't too much of a big deal, but if you happen to be wiggling around because you are approaching orgasm, it could be the must frustrating thing ever. The smaller bullet provides much buzzier vibrations than the larger bullet - the larger bullet seems to have much "deeper" felt vibrations than the smaller bullet. But have pretty buzzy vibrations though - my hand was numb within a couple seconds of holding either bullet. The bullets did work pretty well for clitoral use as long as you held onto the cord instead of the bullet and made sure the remote stayed at a good angle with the bullet. The vibrations are pretty loud, so I'd say that this could be heard through a closed door if someone is being nosy - but not if everyone is going about their daily business. The cock ring (because that's what it is, not an "enhancer") isn't made out of a jelly like the other reviewer said. It is a jelly-like material, but Jelly is known for phthalates, and this doesn't have any; it is body-safe. The cock ring seemed to work well with both bullets, but you have to use lubricant on the larger bullet to get it to go in, and don't use lube on the smaller one or it will slip out. The ring is extremely stretchy and will fit on a variety of guys. I honestly didn't notice much "pleasure" from the ring itself, but I've never been a fan of cock rings. The boyfriend did enjoy the ring around the base of his penis to help with masturbation though - I just didn't like it for sex. Overall, it's not a bad product, but I just feel like some minor adjustments would have made this is a lot more useful. As bullets go, this is a nice set. It is powerful, yet quiet, has a great variety of vibration patterns and includes a comfortable cock ring. The bullets themselves are pretty standard. They are made of hard plastic and are in two nice sizes. The cock ring is designed to hold the larger of the two bullets and gives it a nubby sheath. The ring was very comfortable after a little lube was applied. It is the handle that makes this set a little different. I have to agree with past reviewers that the handle is not really "ergonomic" as advertised. However, this takes nothing away from the use of this toy. One unique thing this toy does have is the LED light. The light changes color and flashes out the pattern of vibrations. In the dark, I found this to be a plus. My only complaint is the length of the cords. They could have been made slightly longer. All in all, this is a very nice set of toys.
