Vibrating Strapless Strap-On

We bought this strapless toy about a month ago, and we have used it several times. We tried it with me behind the Hubby (the best use). We tried it with me laying on the bed and Hubby stradling me (that was just 'ok'). And we tried it missionary style (2nd best). The bulbous end is comfortable when inserted into the vagina. I did have some difficulty keeping it in place when I needed to shift positions; the thing wanted to come out. Don't know about you but I don't want to have to reposition or touch the anal end of an anal/vaginal toy all that much after insertion. Felt the need to take it off, wash it up and start all over again. For him, vibrations were great (for me, they were pleasant but not so powerful). He liked that the vibrator was in the tip and not the base of the shaft. However, the long end is actually too short. I can manage to insert it but there's not a lot of room for length-of-stroke, if you know what I mean. It should be about 2 inches longer. To get the length, I tried an Adonis Extension on it , but that ended up making this a VERY LARGE, THICK TOOL!
