Dr. Joel Kaplan Penis Pump

I read alot of customer reviews about many pumps and numerous articles on pumping before I made my choice. I'm sure there are many good pumps out there but most of them are just cheaply made and you'll likely get hurt using them, think cylinder collapse! The Joel Kaplan pump is very well made. The gauge is easy to read and the pump allows you to make micro adjustments in pressure. The hose is detachable from the cylinder while in use and there is no pressure loss. The cylinder is thick walled acrylic and comfortable. There are many imitation Kaplan pumps out there so select carefully. The most important thing to remember about pumping is to start with low pressure and build slowly. Just like good bbq...low and slow. You will not see results over night, change takes time and you'll only hurt yourself by rushing. I've been using this pump for about 3 weeks and am starting to see some small changes in girth, the wife noticed too. Only time will tell if the changes become permanent but I'm sticking with it. Follow the directions that come with the pump and you'll be fine. Remember....low and slow.

It is too early to tell if this will cause any penis enlargement. Initially I could not get a seal. In the shower I could. Once a seal is established the pump works much better than any I have tried over the years. Getting the constricting ring over the lip of the cylinder is harder than it should be. The instructions are skimpy for the manual pump, but elaborate for the electrical pump. They seem to be contradictory for the basic idea of a pump.
